line management

What is line management and how does it work?

Line Management on EstateSales.NET is a digital tool that allows shoppers to reserve a virtual place in line before an estate sale opens.

No paper sign-up sheet. No camping out. No arriving hours before sunrise.
Just grab your number online and arrive shortly before the sale begins!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. CLAIM YOUR SPOT

When Line Management goes live, log into your FREE EstateSales.NET account, find our sale listing, and click “Join Line.”

You’ll receive a digital line number, and a copy will also be emailed to you.

2. WANT A REMINDER?

Before registration opens, click “Remind Me” on the sale listing.

EstateSales.NET will send you a notification 30 minutes before Line Management goes live so you don’t forget!

3. SAVE YOUR NUMBER

When you click “Join Line,” you’ll receive your digital line number.

Please have your number available on your phone when you arrive. You’ll need to show it when your number is called before entering the property.

4. YOUR INFORMATION STAYS PRIVATE

We do not see your personal account information. We only see the randomized line number and confirmation information needed to manage entry.

5. ARRIVE & GET READY TO SHOP!

There is NO need to arrive hours early!

Plan to arrive early enough to:

  • Find a parking spot
  • Walk to the property
  • Be in line approximately 10 minutes before the sale opens

We’ll begin admitting shoppers according to their assigned digital line numbers.

COMING LATER? YOU DON’T NEED A NUMBER!

Want to skip the opening rush and shop later in the morning or afternoon?

COME ON BY!

If you’re arriving 30 minutes or more after the doors open, you DO NOT need to use Line Management or have a number.

Simply arrive and shop!

WHY DO WE USE DIGITAL LINE MANAGEMENT?

We know the old-school estate sale tradition: someone puts out a paper sign-up sheet and shoppers arrive hours early to claim their place.

Digital Line Management makes the experience easier for everyone.

You can get your number from the comfort of home instead of making an extra trip or waiting outside for hours.

That means you can sleep a little longer, grab a coffee, pick up your estate sale bestie, and then head over!

It’s also much more considerate of the neighborhood where we’re hosting the sale. Fewer cars and people arriving at extremely early hours means less disruption for our clients and their neighbors.

LESS WAITING. LESS CONFUSION. MORE TREASURE HUNTING. 🏡✨

Line Management simply helps make the estate sale experience a little more pleasant for our shoppers, our clients, and the surrounding neighborhood.
